Zorka Wollny / zorka@fundacjalaguna.org
visual artist and composer working at the intersection of music, visual arts, and sound research. A recipient of numerous awards, she was honored with the Szczecin Nobel Prize in the arts category in 2023. From 2001 to 2008, she was a member of the 36,6 Foundation in Kraków, where she co-organized presentations and workshops, including Thinking Workshops (2001/2002), the Edward Said Program (2004), the SFX Audience! project (2004/2005), and the DOM Art Center (2002-2005). Since 2010, she has been a lecturer at the Academy of Art in Szczecin. In 2014, together with Łukasz Jastrubczak, she initiated Młode Wilki, a nationwide competition and festival for emerging artists in Szczecin. She is the founder and director of the DUOS Festival, an arts festival held in Szczecin and Kilifi (Kenya) between 2020 and 2023. She serves as the curator of sound art at the Trafostacja Sztuki in Szczecin within the international Tekhne/Beware of Sound project and is a member of the Errant Sound Association for sound artists in Berlin. Dr. habil. Ewa Majewska / ewa@fundacjalaguna.org
professor at SWPS University in Warsaw and the lead researcher of the project "Public Against Their Will", for which she secured an NCN grant of approximately 600,000 PLN. She previously received an NCN grant in 2016 and scholarships from the Ministry of Culture (2011) and the Mayor of Warsaw (2021). She has served as an expert for the KPO for Culture program (2024) and, as a board member of the Towards Girls Association, secured funding from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the Norwegian Funds, the Global Fund for Women (San Francisco), and the MamaCash Foundation (Amsterdam). Between 2002 and 2004, she collaborated with the Polish Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Status of Women and Men, where she contributed as a media and education expert. She was instrumental in securing funding for the Equal School teacher’s handbook, which has been widely used in municipalities, cities, and regional education departments across Poland.

Zuri Maria Daiß – Cultural Producer, Curator & PR Specialist / zuri@nowaszkola.org
With over 25 years of experience in cultural production and PR, Zuri Maria Daiß has curated and managed large-scale artistic projects across music, performance, and interdisciplinary formats. She is currently the press spokesperson, Head of Marketing, Sponsorship & Partnerships, and program consultant for CTM Festival in Berlin.
As a curator at HAU Hebbel am Ufer Theater, she played a pivotal role in shaping its music programming over four years, developing and producing innovative multidisciplinary projects. She co-curated the Norient Music Film Festival in Bern and The Disappearance of Music at Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW) in Berlin. Until 2020, she was the artistic director and co-developer of Open Ground in Wuppertal, a venue designed for high-impact bass music and free-field acoustics. As a partner at Stars & Heroes, she managed national and international media campaigns for musicians and record labels. She is also the founder of ZURI & MARIA, an agency specializing in artist management, event production, and public funding strategies.
She has served as a jury member for leading cultural funding bodies, including ZKM’s Giga-Hertz-Preis, the Berlin Senate Department for Culture and Europe, and Initiative Musik, contributing expert insights into public funding processes and project development. In addition to her curatorial work, she initiates and produces her own cultural events. Her upcoming series, MULTICORE, explores Nik Nowak’s Multitude Soundsystem as a form of social sculpture and is funded by Musicboard Berlin.

Zuzanna Wollny – Volunteer Coordination / zuza@nowaszkola.org
An illustrator, muralist, and poster artist, Zuzanna Wollny is also the initiator and coordinator of social and educational projects for children and youth, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds. Her initiatives include Tropiciele Tajemnic (Mystery Trackers), supported by Kraków’s Municipal Public Library, Wieliczka’s Public Library, and funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the Małopolska Institute of Books, UNESCO’s Kraków – City of Literature, and the Kraków Festival Office. She also spearheaded Tęcza as part of European Capital of Culture Wrocław 2016. Additionally, she initiated and coordinated Dobry Widok, a project supporting traditional crafts and endangered trades, under the Dom Pokoju Foundation, funded by the Municipality of Wrocław and the Office for Economic Development. Dr. Anna Nowicka – Choreographer and Dancer
A trained psychologist and certified instructor of the Saphire® Method developed by Dr. Catherine Shainberg / The School of Images, Anna Nowicka teaches at the International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery® and has developed a unique movement technique combining bodywork with imagination and dream exploration. She leads regular online and offline courses and improvisational performance workshops in Poland and abroad. She is the director of Dream Your World KIDS®, a program dedicated to helping children and youth realize their dreams through intuitive and dream-based work. (www.annanowicka.com)

Anna Molska – Designer and Lecturer
A specialist in porcelain design and a faculty member at the Academy of Art in Szczecin, Anna Molska is the co-founder and vice-president of Glino – Kolektyw and the owner of Kafle, a café-gallery in Szczecin. She has collaborated with Magazyn Sztuki and the Kids Love Design Festival. She co-founded the Droga Wolna Democratic School in Szczecin, based on a free-schooling approach. She has received the Creative Scholarship of the City of Szczecin and has led ceramic workshops in various Polish and international projects. She was awarded for outstanding museum education projects and runs Open Work, a ceramics studio designing porcelain and ceramic objects for brands, cafés, and private clients. She also conducted research on ceramic 3D printing at the Academy of Art in Szczecin, where she currently teaches bionics and interdisciplinary design.
Marthe Van Dessel (BolwerK) – Digital Activism and Art
Marthe Van Dessel (they/them) is an artist and activist working in the digital realm, based in Antwerp. They create interfaces, devices, and internet protocols to explore collective identities. (http://www.oo.be/) With over 20 years of experience in collective work and team coordination, they studied political and social sciences, graphic design, and completed research programs at the Jan Van Eyck Academy (Netherlands) and UNIDEE (Italy). Together with Futurefarmers, they have initiated various public art programs, explored urban landscapes, and facilitated interdisciplinary collaborations between art, science, and ecology.

Jacob Eriksen – Musicologist and Sound Researcher
A musicologist, sound artist, and curator, Jacob Eriksen holds a BA in musicology, philosophy, and literature from the University of Copenhagen and University of York, as well as an MA in sound studies from the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK). He has lectured on cultural studies, sound studies, and artistic research at Humboldt University in Berlin, RMC Copenhagen, University of Copenhagen, The New Centre for Research & Practice, and UdK Berlin. Since 2018, he has been a lecturer in the Sound Studies and Sonic Arts master's program at UdK. His research focuses on sound ecology and sound studies. Since 2022, he has served as the director of Sound Art Lab and the Struer Tracks sound art biennale in Struer, Denmark.

With its projects in the field of circular and community-based construction, the office plays a pioneering role in socio-ecological issues in the transformation of architecture and construction.
