SUMMER SCHOOL 2025
This year we are organizing our first Summer School!
We invited artists who work in sound, clay, technology, choreography, dreaming, music, who propose daily activities for the gathered people, that will be held on
a meadow near the school building.
Join us any week!
The fee for the workshops includes a place for a tent on our DIY campsite.
As this is our first year and the facilities are still very much in construction, we can provide a basic toilet, scout shower, sink, gas cooking, and solar-based phone charging stations. But prepare yourself for camping.
If you need better conditions, we recommend our neighbours - summer houses at latarnik-kopice.pl, mehrblickkopice.eu or the manor house in Kopice.
There are no shops or restaurants in Kopice. The nearest shop and restaurant is in Stepnica, but we plan to organize a joint lunch/dinner every day. We will also regularly go shopping (on your behalf too).
How to get there?
- Train from Szczecin-Główny station to Goleniów and then by bus from Goleniów to Stepnica. BUS: http://www.waw-mar.pl/rozklad-jazdy-stepnica-goleniow/
- Kopice are along the bike route around Szczecin Lagoon, and there is a convienent bike route from Goleniów to Kopice as well.
- Possibility of picking up small groups from Stepnica or organising a bike ferry from Trzebież.

DREAMS FROM THE LAGOON
Movement Workshop with Choreographer and Psychologist Anna Nowicka
02-07 July 2025
Dreams from the Lagoon is a week-long immersive workshop dedicated to embodied dream work. Rooted in the ancient practice of dream opening, it explores how to engage in a dialogue with dreams, uncovering their deeper, non-literal meanings. Through movement, guided visualizations, and working with personal dream material, participants will learn to translate the experiential language of imagination into physical expression.
The workshop fosters a collective approach to dream exploration, unearthing the fluid narratives within our subconscious stories. By observing patterns, naming recurring themes, and asking generative questions, dreams will unfold into multiple perspectives, revealing untapped potential and vitality. From this space of imaginative agency, we will envision alternative futures with hope, care, and responsibility for the present moment.
Designed for youth, adults, and seniors, Dreams from the Lagoon welcomes both local residents and transient participants of all ages. The workshop fosters inter-generational and cross-community dialogue, allowing for the exchange of diverse perspectives and the processing of personal and collective histories. Movement-based practices further enhance the flow of energy and shared experience, bridging different social backgrounds.

Key elements of the workshop include:
- Identifying native plant species
- Establishing a mini-vegetable garden as a foundation for future sustainable food production
- Developing a regional recipe based on locally available ingredients
- Concluding with a communal cooking session, emphasizing sustainability and shared tradition
